Maggie Faucera

Hello, I’m Maggie Faucera, and for nearly two decades, I’ve been dedicated to guiding individuals and groups on their fitness journey. While my love for physical fitness runs deep, it’s Pilates that truly ignites my passion. What sets Pilates apart is its ability to benefit everyone, regardless of fitness level, body type, or age.

Throughout my career, I’ve witnessed the transformative power of Pilates firsthand. By focusing on strengthening core muscles, Pilates not only enhances posture, balance, and flexibility but also builds overall strength and support while sculpting the body.

My journey led me to work in esteemed hospital-based fitness facilities like RWJ and Hackensack UMC Fitness and Wellness Center. However, when the COVID-19 crisis shuttered facilities, I realized the profound need for continuity in physical activity and training. That’s when I decided to carve my path by establishing my own business, focusing on what I love most—teaching Pilates.

During this period, I seized the opportunity to refine my practice. I pursued additional certifications and crafted new classes and personal training sessions, introducing the concept of “PreHab Pilates™.”

Today, my home studio boasts five state-of-the-art Pilates reformers, creating an environment perfect for personalized or small-group training sessions. Recognizing the importance of accessibility, I also offer online Mat Pilates classes, ensuring that everyone can participate, regardless of location.

My goal is to provide a personal experience that transcends physical distance. Through live Zoom classes every Saturday morning, or on-demand sessions for those with busy schedules, I aim to foster a sense of connection and support.

In essence, my passion for Pilates and the relationships I’ve cultivated with my clients continue to drive me forward. As we navigate through these ever-changing times together, I remain committed to delivering exceptional classes and fostering a supportive exercise experience for all.
